October has been a long hard month for me and I think you can tell this by the lack of attention and time that I have had here on my blog. Work, the kind that feeds me, has taken a lot of time from me these last couple of weeks but today a very special guest arrived to come and stay with us for a few days. I will definitely not be available to take any calls or messages thank you. I'm off work for a week and Hitomi has only a few engagements but basically we are hopeful that we are being the best hostess's that we can possibly be for our most honored guest.

The computer is the matrix and we just took the red pill and woke up after following the white rabbit (knock knock).
Considering the philosophy of my reference source for this line; Is waking up to the real truth desirable? In the movie when Neo woke up to the truth, he had to leave all that he knew and loved behind, even though he was painted as the solitary bed sit land hacker So I merely ask, is such in-depth truth and reality worth pursuing at the expense of such sacrifice?
For Neo and the movie, I think it was a necessary step forward but for most of us and I include myself in the statement, are usually content with what we think we know and we maintain our "status quo as we are able". Most truths seem to come in 'can of worms' size and certainly whether large or small, things are never quite the same again after you know the truth!
Be careful with what you wish for and what you may discover!
