Miss 'Have bags will travel' is off on her touring again leaving me singing Celine's "All by myself"...
We shared a hurried breakfast of toast and fruit after our showers to raise our depleted blood sugars and then she was gone with the wind and a slamming of the door behind her leaving that awkward empty silence. There used to be a time that I felt her absence as if a part of me were missing but now I laugh to myself and enjoy a little peace and have know I can have a day tidying and rectifying her mess!
Sigh!
I drove down to the agency and was greeted once more by Yukio, my photographer and the crew of three. From there we drove up to Shinjuku park for our out doors shoot. I'm not the smallest person on the planet but trying to change clothes in the back of the car is difficult. I'm pushing this way and contorting that way and I'm sure it must have appeared quite comical should anyone have watched my dance routine. Then I sat in the fold up chair next to the car while Jeena, the make up girl, brought out the best of my features. She asked what I had done to my hair to get the purple tints. Me (shock)! I told her that it was a strange reaction to whatever cocktail of chemicals they had put in my hair last week. She smiled neutrally and just painted them over with corrective colorant and I sat there for fifteen minutes with enough tin foil on my head to stop the aliens from reading my mind. Quite a few people passed us on their morning walks but so far none have run up to me wanting an autograph. I had an enjoyable forty five minutes in the park that looked remarkably more like an autumn day rather than winter before finally returning to the warmth of the studio. Having learned a little from last time about his expectations, his sense of art and direction, I tried to give Yukio more of myself this time and let him concentrate on angles, depth of field, lighting and background and the thousand other things that must be in his mind as he gazes into the view-screen. I think I succeeded because he gave me less direction than last time.
Back in the studio I did a very nice shoot in lingerie and then two in stylish swimsuits. The lingerie was quite delicious in a black and lavender way and it really enhanced my shape, I felt very sexy in that one as we went from the locker room to leather couch. I wanted to be cheeky and ask if we got to take these clothes home!
After a quick and very light lunch I did the swim suits. The first swim-suit was purple with black and I wondered if it may have been a good idea to expose those purple highlights again (laughs).
"Be playful", he called out to me, "Imagine you're with your lover and smile. Really project your breasts!" I imagine my g-cups should fill out my portfolio quite well assuming they are acceptable (tee-hee). The photographer is fine. It's just the model I worry about!
Saturday morning I had my appointment with Maestro and as he ran his fingers though my hair he almost cried as he asked me what those terrible people had done to me! I gave him my sob-story as he gave me his sympathy and attention. He removed all my extensions and washed out the semi perm color and then gave my hair and scalp a coconut oil massage and treatment. Another wash followed and then the snip snip and my hair looked and felt fantastic again.
At last I was free from artificial colorings and naturally me again. I'd like to say it's not often that a man can make me feel good about myself but Maestro does it every time (laughs).

Spectacular, spectacular!
I'd like to think that I can appreciate art as much as I can beauty. Jazz these photographs are fantastic. They are a perfect union of the photographers skill and of course a pretty subject.
Shall I expect to see you on the magazine covers rather than read (try to read) the topics by you inside them?
Thanks for sharing them and I wish you good luck on your future choice of career.
Garth
January 17, 2010 4:18 AMThanks Honey
It's not really an intended career change, it's just another option and anther experience for me and of course an extra source of income.
Since I'm quite proud of them I don't mind sharing with those who have asked to see them and then given me a comment. I see the comment not only as your/their opinion but also an acknowledgment of "yes, I have now visited your gallery and thank you."
Thank you Garth.

January 17, 2010 5:11 PMI love those pictures in the Park Jazz, they are very autumnal and are a great background for you in green.
The swimsuits are very sexy. How do you feel when posing for those?
I'm glad your hair feels better. I get so very self conscious about mine if it feels even slightly bad and hide it under hats.
Thank you for access Jazz, again they are amazing pictures.

January 18, 2010 4:20 AMI agree with Nancy, the Autumn Girl looks perfect in the park! You look good with green clothes. The whole impression I can only compare with warm Autumn sun. Especially here:

Maybe because I have a smimilar picture of myself! ;)

But your pictures have better colours, more intensive. I could do the same with my pictures easly in any program to photo edition, but seriously, while I was doing those Autumnt session in park I was sure that sun will do it for me.
What swimingsuits, that Nancy is talking about...? I only saw your amazing tummy! ;) Now I am at this moment when I seriously put on weight so your pictures motivate me to hard work on my own tummy - if you could do it, I can do it as well. Great job Momo, your determination for a few weeks before that session is very impressive.
Thank you for giving me the access for the first time.
And also thank you for giving me the access for the second time!
By the way, I think that I will start using myphotoalbum.com - this page is great, but the thing I like the most is way of presenting pictures, different to picasa where when I click the picture to enlarge it is still closed in the same small frames. I also love the black bacground.
Thanks once again, great job with photo shoot Sis!

I must admit that I don't often wear green but the photographer has made the camera lie and made me look good in it. As for the lingerie and swimsuits, I have no reservations about my body and I feel quiet comfortable in bra and pants as I am in a bikini on the beach.
In these shots I don't worry about such matters, I am thinking only of my positions and angles and facial expressions and trying to project whatever emotion the photographer/director has asked me for.
Thankfully my hairdresser is amazing in getting me feeling good about my hair and he always has lots of tips and advice that I followed precisely. When my hair feels good, I feel good.

Thank you - I love that photo of you that you linked to (link to mine won't work because its a private album). I think you too could model and whoever took that photograph has an eye for shadow, background and overall composition. It's an amazing photo of an amazing girl.
There is no better motivation than having a set target and a set date that you must keep to and you push and push and push. When the pain starts I had to keep pushing because I know I can't turn up on the set with a tummy like deleted scenes from 'the blob' and wonder if its hanging over my bikini bottoms.
I knew what I wanted and I knew by when I wanted it (I kept it realistic) and I did my best with exercises designed mostly for tummy and hips. That is the best motivation I could have given myself. Thank you for your compliments.
I will continue to use the normal Picasa for blogger pictures but the myphotoalbum.com is an ideal addition to create extra albums. I'm glad you've found it useful too.
Thanks lil sis,
Kisses.
